A 3x5 index card signed by 1974 All-American Pete Cusick. He is widely remembered as one of the most dominant defensive tackles in Ohio State history. In a 1973 preseason film, video showed Cusick bench-pressing 315 lbs of weights as well as running back Archie Griffin standing on the bar. He'd go on to play one season in the NFL for the New England Patriots.
