Beautiful display of the entrance to Ohio Stadium that belonged to Ohio State Hall of Fame football coach John W. Wilce. This rare piece depicts the same view used for the cover of the 1924 Ohio State vs. Michigan game program and likely hung in Coach Wilce's office and/or home at one time.  It measures approximately 17x21.

It wasn't until the arrival of Wilce that Ohio State found stability at the head coaching position. He'd coach from 1913-1928, leading Ohio State to their first ever win over rival Michigan in 1919. He finished with a record that of 78-33-9 and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1954.
