Game program from Ohio State's 7-2 loss to Notre Dame at Notre Dame Stadium in 1936. In front of 50,017 fans, the Irish won The Game of the Century's sequel in South Bend during a raging rain storm. Ohio State's only points of the day came on a Charles Hamrick blocked punt that went out of the back of the end zone.  Just before halftime, Notre Dame's Nevin McCormick darted four yards over the goal line to give the Irish the five-point lead.  Despite opportunities in the second half, neither team was able to score.  Trailing late in the fourth quarter, Ohio State ran a successful fake punt to keep a drive alive.  From the ND 12 yard line, Ohio State threw two incompletions into the end zone to end their potential game-winning drive.  The Buckeyes won their next three games, 88-0, to finish the season at 5-3.

This program cover has a crease in the top right that started to rip and original owner taped it on the inside cover.  Some minor soiling on the back cover. Program is completely intact and still shows beautiful colors.
