Game ticket from Ohio State's 7-2 loss to Notre Dame at Notre Dame Stadium in 1936. In front of 50,017 fans, the Irish won The Game of the Century's sequel in South Bend during a raging rain storm. Ohio State's only points of the day came on a Charles Hamrick blocked punt that went out of the back of the end zone.  Just before halftime, Notre Dame's Nevin McCormick darted four yards over the goal line to give the Irish the five-point lead.  Despite opportunities in the second half, neither team was able to score.  Trailing late in the fourth quarter, Ohio State ran a successful fake punt to keep a drive alive.  From the ND 12 yard line, Ohio State threw two incompletions into the end zone to end their potential game-winning drive.  The Buckeyes won their next three games, 88-0, to finish the season at 5-3.

This ticket has a small crease in the top right near Gate 9, otherwise in great condition.
