A super rare 4.5" x 6.5" cabinet photo card of Ohio State's 1893 football squad, containing the same team image displayed in the Makio yearbook. Photo was taken by Sedgewick's from Zanesville, Ohio, a company that was around in the 1880's and 1890's. Pictured in the 1893 photo is head coach Jack Ryder, in his first of three stints as Ohio State's head coach. The Buckeyes played their home games at Recreation Park and finished the season with a 4-5 record.
