Four 3x5 Index Cards signed by each of Ohio State's first four Heisman winners (five trophies) including 1944 Les Horvath, 1950 Vic Janowicz, 1955 Howard "Hopalong" Cassady, and 1974 & 1975 Archie Griffin.

Horvath was a member of Ohio State's first national championship team in 1942 and won the Heisman Memorial Trophy Award two years later. He was inducted into the College Hall of Fame in 1966 and Ohio State's Varsity O Hall of Fame in 1977.

Vic Janowicz he passed for 561 yards, 314 rushing yards, and scored 17 touchdowns. He accounted four 46 points including six touchdowns against Iowa that season. Following college, he played professional baseball for the Pittsburgh Pirates and professional football for the Washington Redskins. An automobile accident cut his career short and led him to returning to Columbus to call games.  Janowicz was elected to the College Hall of Fame in 1976.

Cassady was a member of Ohio State's 1954 National Championship team and was Ohio State's third Heisman winner in 1955. Hop would go on to an eight-year career in the NFL, highlighted by a NFL Championship with the Detroit Lions in 1957. He was inducted into the College Hall of Fame in 1979 and Ohio State's Varsity O Hall of Fame in 1977.

Archie Griffin remains the only two-time Heisman Trophy. He took home his first trophy in 1974 and his second a year later.  He became the first player to play in four straight Rose Bowls and now has a statue of him in front of the stadium in Pasadena, California. Archie was inducted into the College Hall of Fame in 1986 and Ohio State's Varsity O Hall of Fame in 1981.

All four are signed in black with Horvath inscribing, "Good Luck" and below his signature, adding his familiar, "Ohio State '44."  Vic Janowicz added OSU to the bottom right of his autograph. Cassady added "OSU #40" and his trademark 55 separating his nickname and last name. Griffin added his #45.
