Signed letter dated March 28, 1962 from Charles E. Seddon to Paul Hurm, including a signed 1961 Treasurers Report by Seddon. He was a member of the 1916 Western Conference Championship team and made his first start in the upset win over Wisconsin.
Under fourth year head coach John Wilce, the Buckeyes compiled a perfect 7-0 record and outscored opponents 258-29. 128 of those points came in a shutout over Oberlin, setting a single-game scoring record for Ohio State. OSU finished 3-0 against the OAC, and 4-0 in the Western Conference to win the school's first Big Ten Championship.
