Homecoming Game Program from Ohio State's 27-7 upset win over Michigan on November 22, 1952. This was Woody Hayes' first win over archrival Michigan and the worst defeat in the rivalry of Michigan since the Francis Schmidt days in the 1930's.  Bob Joslin caught seven passes and scored two touchdowns. Playing in his last game, Fred Bruney saved his best defensive game for last.  The senior two-way player was nearly used exclusively on offense against the Wolverines, but a gut feeling by his head coach led to three interceptions. The Buckeyes finished the season 6-3 and 15th in the country after upsets of No. 1 Wisconsin and No. 12 Michigan.
