Legendary head coach Woody Hayes signed 1974 Illinois at Ohio State Game Program. Hayes signed in ballpoint beneath his photo in the program. Top ranked Ohio State won the game, 49-7. The Buckeyes would go on to a 10-2 mark, losing to USC by a single point in the Rose Bowl. Hayes led Ohio State to national championships in 1954, 1957, 1961, 1968, and 1970. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1983.
On the cover, the owner wrote in blue "200th Victory signed page 15". Woody Hayes signed on his bio page to the left of his photo in white space with a black ink pen and added the inscription, "Good Luck".
