This rare program is from the December 12, 1916 Athletic Board Football Banquet that celebrated Ohio State's first ever Western Conference Championship. The Buckeyes finished the season 7-0 including a 4-0 mark over Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Northwestern. They outscored their opponents that season, 258-29. The great Chic Harley won his first of three uninamous All-American selections, joining Bob Karch on the 1916 All-America team.
This is a part of half back Paul Hurm's Personal Collection. Hurm was a part of the famed Ohio State backfield that also included Chic Harley and Pete Stinchcomb.
