Game Program from Ohio State's 59-19 win over Pittsburgh on November 7, 1942. The Buckeyes entered the game with a 5-1 record after being the top ranked team in the country for the first five weeks. Ohio State's only loss came the week prior in "The Bad Water Game" at Wisconsin when several Ohio State players went ill after drinking stale water during the train ride north.
Ohio State entered as the sixth ranked team and had two ranked opponents lined up the following two Saturdays. The Panthers were no match for the Buckeyes as Ohio State routed the visitors by 40 points. Program is in complete and fully intact. There is a fold mark in the front, top right corner and tape on the lower left binding as well as the upper left binding on the back.
