Game Program from the 1978 Gator Bowl between Ohio State and Clemson. With just over two minutes left in the game, Ohio State had the ball near midfield trailing 17–15. Quarterback Art Schlichter threw a short pass that was intercepted by Clemson nose guard Charlie Bauman, who was finally shoved out of bounds on the Ohio State sideline after a short return. After Bauman got up, Ohio State coach Woody Hayes grabbed his jersey, and struck him in the throat. Senior Byron Cato had to be restrain his head coach as benches cleared from both sidelines. It would be the last game Woody Hayes would coach Ohio State as he'd be fired the next morning after a 28-year run that included five National Championships.
Program is in excellent condition with the bent left corner on the back cover.
