Lot Description  

This lot offers a unique and whimsical play on the other Christmas Card (Lot 30) being offered. After having the 1962 Rose Bowl trip “Cancelled” by his University peers, this lot is a Christmas Card from Woody following the tremendous 1968 regular season and marking a return to Pasadena and the Grand Daddy of them All, the 1969 Rose Bowl. 

The Buckeyes went on to win the 1969 Rose Bowl and earn the 1968 College Football National Championship!  

This Christmas Card (and the 1962 Card) makes for a great, and unique National Championship collection piece.
