Here is a standard sized (28” in length without tassels) red felt pennant with stitched on white letters. This pennant is most likely an early 1930’s style pennant but could be as early as mid-1920s.  The larger “O” and “S” style of stitched on lettering makes this pennant very eye appealing; coupled with the fact all tassels are accounted for and the pennant’s overall condition makes this item exceedingly rare.
