Two button lot to commemorate the 1954 National Championship season for the Ohio State Buckeyes. The first button is from the 1954 Homecoming Game where fourth ranked Ohio State upset second ranked Wisconsin and Heisman winner Alan Ameche, 31-14. The second is an oversized button for the 1955 Rose Bowl that saw the Buckeyes represent the Big Ten and defeating USC, 20-7. Led by future Heisman winner Hopalong Cassady, Ohio State would finish the season 10-0 to capture the first of five national championships in the Woody Hayes era.
