Game program from Ohio State's lopsided 42-7 win over Chicago at Ohio Stadium in 1938. In front of 63,069 fans, the Buckeyes were never challenged against the Maroons as Francis Schmidt called off the dogs at halftime. Journalists on hand said that the first half was near perfection for Francis Schmidt's offense as almost every play the Buckeyes ran would be successful. Captain Jim Langhurst was responsible for three touchdowns on the state and took over the Western Conference scoring lead that week.  Future All-American Don Scott also scored one of OSU's touchdowns.

This program cover consists of beautiful football artwork by the highly collected Fred Machetanz. Program is in excellent condition and completely intact.
