An advertisement page for Milliken carpet signed by Ohio State Hall of Fame head coach Woody Hayes. He signed the page in blue ballpoint and the autograph seeker noted the date in which he met the legendary Buckeye coach as 1-5-74. This page was either taken from a program or a magazine.
Hayes led Ohio State to national championships in 1954, 1957, 1961, 1968, and 1970. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1983.
